1. Quality Promise
Every piece is crafted to survive the concrete jungle. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll replace it—no empty apologies.

2. Zero Refunds Policy

• All sales final. Streetwear is art; you wouldn’t return a mural.

• Exceptions: Manufacturing flaws (e.g., shredded seams, misaligned prints). Must report within 7 days of delivery.

3. Damage Resolution
Email  with:

• Order # + photo/video proof.

• Detailed issue (e.g., "KuroToad print cracked after 1 wash").
  We’ll ship a replacement or credit for future drops.

4. Payment & Shipping

• Accepted: Visa | Mastercard (processed via FourthWall).

• Lost/stolen packages? We’ll help trace—but blame the system, not us.
